Hydroponically grown Living Heads are more nutritious and last longer because they are sustaining themselves on their root source. They have not been ripped from the soil and off their roots. The head continues to live in your refrigerator (but will not grow), until you have enjoyed the head down to the very last delicious leaf. Living Lettuce Availability
We will not be offering Living Heads for pre-order at this time, as we cannot accurately predict what will be available from week to week. A selection of ESH Living Heads will be available to purchase at the farmers markets while they are a fair size. Please note that availability will vary from week to week.
